Christine King mostly writes Horror but she loves to try her hand at a few other genres when she feels the urge. She has enjoyed writing the Gem master series with Alexandria and was amazed at the creativity that a 10 year old could bring to the writing process. She also writes poetry when feeling melancholy or adventurous. She loves archery, a good ice cream sundae and singing loudly (despite not being able to carry a tune). Her influences are Stephen King, Terry Pratchett and all those who venture into writing for children, its a tough audience because kids are honest but when they love your work, it feels like winning the lottery. Christine is a mum and a wife and always gets the same response when she says she writes Horror. "But you seem so nice!"

Alexandria Brown is a young author writing her first book at age 9 but a she is a determined one. She has won quite a few competitions and had a story published in a children's anthology, she also has stories out there on various podcasts and other work published including jokes and poetry. She was the driving force behind the Gem master books and developed the story lines and creatures that you will find inside their pages. When she isn't writing she enjoys singing and dancing and loves to be on the stage. Alexandria has been lucky enough to meet many of her favourite authors and actors and hopes one day to be a screen writer and a veterinarian.
